1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Motivation Quotes mobile application ("App") available on the Google Play Store. By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.
2. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the App.
- Impersonate another person or create a misleading account.
3. User Accounts
The App supports anonymous use and optional Google Sign-In account linking.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- Anonymous accounts may have limited features compared to linked accounts.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User-Generated Content
The App allows you to create and publish quotes, images, videos, comments, and community posts ("User Content").
- You retain ownership of the content you create.
- By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the App.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates anyone's rights.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
- Do not post content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
5. Community Rules
The App includes community feeds and social features. To keep the community positive and safe:
- Be respectful. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and discrimination of any kind are prohibited.
- No spam. Do not repeatedly post the same content or flood communities with irrelevant posts.
- No explicit content. Do not share sexually explicit, violent, or disturbing material.
- No misinformation. Do not spread false information that could harm others.
- No self-promotion of harmful products. Do not advertise illegal substances, scams, or harmful services.
- Daily post limits apply based on your XP level to maintain quality.
- Community admins and moderators may remove content and ban users at their discretion.
- Violation of community rules may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Coin System
The App features a virtual coin system ("Coins" or "🪙") that rewards positive daily habits.
- Coins are a virtual, in-app reward and have no real-world monetary value.
- Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other users (except through the tip feature within the App), or used outside the App.
- We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue the coin system at any time without liability.
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit the coin system (e.g., creating multiple accounts, using bots) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all coins.
- Coins are non-refundable and have no guarantee of continued availability.
7. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
- Ads may be displayed throughout the App.
- Rewarded ads are optional — you choose to watch them in exchange for coins.
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
- You may opt out of personalized ads via your device's advertising settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, features, code, logos, and branding — excluding User Content — are owned by the App developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our explicit written permission.
- Famous quotes displayed in the App are attributed to their original authors and are used for inspirational, non-commercial purposes.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Community Rules.
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Attempt to manipulate the coin system or leaderboard.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
- Any quotes, affirmations, or wellness content will produce specific outcomes for your mental health or wellbeing.
- The App will be available at any particular time or location.
The wellness features (breathing, gratitude journal, mood tracker) are for general wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, coins, or account access.
- Harm resulting from reliance on content within the App.
- Disruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or external factors.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed INR 100 (Indian Rupees one hundred).
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
